For shippers

Free truckload quotes from brokers who run your lane

Describe your truckload once. Verified brokers who run your lane send all-in rates, and you compare them side by side. Free for shippers.

Free shipper account. Describe your load once, compare offers side by side.

Getting a truckload quote shouldn't mean calling five brokers and answering the same questions five times. On the Hopelight Network you describe your load once, and brokers who serve that lane send their best all-in rate. You compare the offers on one page and book the one you choose.

How it works

  1. Describe your load. Type it like you would to a broker ("53' reefer, Fresno to Dallas, Monday, 38,000 lbs at 34°F"), or fill in a short form. Our AI turns your message into a request, and you check it before anything is sent.
  2. Brokers on your lane are notified. The request goes only to brokers in the network who serve your pick-up or delivery state and your equipment.
  3. Compare offers side by side. All-in rates, broker name, MC number and verification status on one private page. Each broker sees only their own offer.
  4. Accept the one you want. Then book directly with that broker.

Why shippers use it

  • Free shipper account. You never pay Hopelight. You pay the broker you book with, as usual.
  • Verified brokers. Every broker lists an MC number, and we check it against the FMCSA register before marking it verified.
  • Fast answers. Requests arrive in brokers' queues already priced, so many answer within the hour.
  • Your data stays limited. Your request goes only to brokers on your lane, so they can quote it.

What to include

Pick-up and delivery, equipment, date, weight and commodity are enough to start. Temperature for reefer, tarps for flatbed and any appointment or liftgate need avoid surprises. See the full freight quote request checklist, and how to choose a freight broker before you book.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free for shippers?

Yes. Shippers never pay Hopelight. Brokers pay for the Hopelight Quote software they use to price and answer requests.

Is Hopelight a freight broker?

No. Hopelight is a software company. Your contract for the load is directly with the broker you choose.

Who sees my request?

Only signed-in brokers in the network who serve your lane and equipment. Each sees only their own offer, never the others.

How fast will I get quotes?

Often within the hour on common lanes. Your offers appear in your account as they arrive.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free shipper account. The network is private to signed-in shippers and brokers, which keeps out spam and fraud. Signing up takes a minute.
